3rd grade will be taking their English Language Arts M-STEP on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st. Please encourage your third grader to sleep well, eat breakfast, and try their best!
Drive Into Kindergarten is this Thursday, April 18th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. If you have a student ready for Kindergarten in 2019-2020, please plan on attending!
The MSU Science Festival is running this year April 5-20th. Check out the free activities at sciencefestival.msu.edu.
Lego Robotics Club is starting Monday, April 1st after school. If you have a child in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade that loves building with Legos, this is the club for them. Contact Mr. Bentley at bentleye@perry.k12.mi.us for more information and to sign up.
Come Dance into Spring Friday, March 8th with DJ TRock at Perry Elementary School. Dancing, prizes, cookies, punch, photo booth, and the Book Fair will all be available. $5 for 2 people, $10 per family. Please enter at the South (Kindergarten) entrance.
Kindergarten Registration is set for Tuesday, March 19th, 9:00-10:00 am or 6:00-7:00 pm. Meet the kindergarten teachers, learn about the curriculum, ask questions, and pick up a packet. Share this with any parent that has a student who will turn 5 on or before 9/1/2019.
Parent / Teacher Conferences are next week, February 12th and 13th from 4:00-7:00. Please contact the classroom teacher if you have any questions about scheduling.
Have a restful and relaxing Holiday Break. School resumes Monday, January 7th. Please remember that the buses will pick up 10 minutes later.
Thanksgiving Break starts Wednesday, November 21st!
Veterans Day Breakfast this Friday, November 9th starting at 8:15 in the elementary library.
Halloween Parade will begin at 9:15, Wednesday October 31st. The students will parade through the center of the upper playground. This is the perfect place to set up your chair to watch.
Elementary PTO Carnival is Friday, October 19th from 5:30-7:00 pm. Students that wear red get into the football game for free!
Picture Day is tomorrow, Wednesday Sept 26th. Please dress to impress and bring your best smile!
Wednesday, September 12th will be a half day for students. Dismissal time is at 11:10 am.
