How to Request Support for Your Child

A student may ask to see the counselor
A teacher or staff member may make a referral
A parent/guardian may request support
To request counseling support, you can:
Email the school counselor
Call the school office
Request a referral form from the main office
Once a referral is received:
• The concern is reviewed
• Teachers may be consulted
• Parent/guardian may be contacted
• A support plan is developed
